Not only do we come simply to Him to declare every need but also to praise and worship Him. It is important to spend time with Him daily in prayer, praise, worship and meditating on His Word. Make sure that you choose a Bible you can understand. The Book, The Amplified Bible, and The Living Bible are all good choices although some people really do like the King James Version!
Do not be discouraged if circumstances don't change instantly, although they can. God is always working out our salvation in His way and we may become impatient. Your prayers will be answered more quickly as you allow Him to change you. Just yield to His presence and He will show you your next steps.
